About the story
Morgan Elliot is a disgraced military codebreaker turned private investigator, drawn into a murder case that exposes a conspiracy around stolen Tesla weapon plans, missing Enigma rotors, and men powerful enough to start the next world war. The story mixes dieselpunk noir, espionage, alternate history and jazz-age danger around a woman clever enough to break the codes everyone else is trying to hide.
